We are a Miami, FL based Gourmet Coffee Roaster.

Joe Lopez formed MIA Coffee in April of 2018, after having worked decades with top national and regional coffee roasters and distributors. Since its launch, Joe has grown MIA Coffee to over 500 customers consisting of restaurants, cruise lines and country clubs.

Well known for sourcing the world’s best beans, roasting to perfection in a state-of-the-art facility and delivering artisan-quality coffee to your cup everyday. Small batch roasting and one-week rotations result in a distinctive quality and texture that is unique to MIA Coffee.  

1.  SOURCING

We source coffee beans from all over the world.  Hand-selected Arabica beans grown at over 3,500 ft., resulting in more rich sugars that provide a deeper flavor.

2.  ROASTING

MIA Coffee roasts the beans and air-cools them using the classic Italian method in a state-of-the-art industrial coffee roaster located in MIA’s facilities in Miami, FL.

3.  PACKING

At MIA Coffee we pack coffee in a variety of packaging options to serve your needs including Bags, Cans, Espresso Pods and K-Cup compatible Single Serve Pods.
